Sign in with Apple fails — what should I do?
First, restart your iPhone. Make sure your Apple ID is active under iOS Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security. If it still fails, email onurmesta@gmail.com with a screenshot.
I'm using "Hide My Email" — how do you reach me?
Apple gives us an anonymous relay (xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com). Neither we nor Apple maps this to your real email. We only contact you through this relay or through in-app notifications.
FIFO & refunds
I paid $0.99 but my choice didn't win.
Only one decision per scene becomes canon. The lock that reaches our server first wins (deterministic FIFO). Losing locks are automatically refunded — the server marks them "refunded" and Apple StoreKit returns the payment. The refund may take 3-7 business days to appear in your Apple ID.
Can I lock again on the same scene?
No — one lock attempt per user per scene. You can lock on the next scene's options.
My refund hasn't arrived.
In sandbox: no real money was charged. In production:

Rivayet Premium
How do I subscribe?
Profile → "Rivayet Premium'a geç" → Apple sheet → confirm. $4.99/mo auto-renews until cancelled.
How do I cancel?
iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rivayet Premium → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
My subscription is active but I don't see the benefits.
Try Profile → Settings → "Satın almaları geri yükle" (Restore Purchases) first. This re-syncs Apple's subscription state with our server. If still missing, email onurmesta@gmail.com with the transaction ID.
What happens to my subscription when I delete my account?
Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel via iOS Settings separately, or Apple will continue charging you each month.

How do I delete my account?
Profile → ⚙️ → "Hesabımı sil" → confirm. Irreversible. Your Apple ID profile data is purged immediately.
What remains after deletion?
- Profile data (username, creation date, activity history): deleted.
- Won decisions (canon-locked choices): kept anonymized in the archive. Your name is removed.
- Apple payment records: kept 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code (transaction ID only, no PII).
I deleted my account by mistake. Can I recover it?
No. Deletion is irreversible. Signing in with the same Apple ID creates a new account — your old profile won't return.
Technical issues
App won't open.
Restart your iPhone. Install any pending Rivayet update from the App Store. If still broken, delete and reinstall — your account and Rivayet Premium subscription are tied to your Apple ID and will return on sign-in.
Panel image won't load.
Check your internet connection. Restart the app to refresh the cache.
My vote isn't reflected in the count.
Realtime sync may take a few seconds. Pull down to refresh.

iOS 15 or later.
Reporting & moderation
I saw inappropriate content. What should I do?
Per-panel "Report" buttons are in development. Until then, email onurmesta@gmail.com with a screenshot. We review within 48 hours. See Community Guidelines.
Another user's locked decision is harmful — can it be reversed?
Locked canon is permanent by design. If post-lock moderation finds prohibited content, the panel is removed, the story continues with an alternative direction, and the locked payment is refunded. This is rare.
Misc
Can I share my won decision?
Yes. Take a screenshot from your profile and share with the "Rivayet" mark and story name preserved.
